Return Policy
With the exception of custom, discontinued, and discounted items, merchandise purchased from shopspring may be returned for spring credit only. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and be in perfect condition. We can only accept items in their original/unused packaging.
spring recommends that you inspect your purchase immediately. If an item is incorrect, flawed, or damaged, notify us within 48 hours upon receipt and we will be glad to send out a replacement.
To make a return or exchange, email us at shop@spring3d.net or call us at 718.222.1054 within 48 hours to specify your reason for the return and we will issue a return authorization number (RAN). Please pack the item with care, include the RAN, and address to:

Return shipment must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt of item. Unless the item is damaged, you will be responsible for all shipping costs back to spring. Failure to adhere to any of these conditions will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Orders may be shipped anywhere within the continental U.S. (with the exception of P.O. Boxes). Please contact us for international shipping costs. If the item is stocked, your order will be shipped within 2 business days of placement. spring guarantees shipping completed within two months from time of order.
